By accessing and using LLMOCR, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
OCR Processing
LLMOCR provides optical character recognition (OCR) services that extract text and images from uploaded documents using advanced AI technology.
Supported Formats
We support various file formats including images (PNG, JPEG, AVIF, WebP) and documents (PDF, PPTX, DOCX) up to 50MB in size.
Processing Limitations
Documents are limited to 1000 pages maximum. Processing time may vary based on document complexity and current service load.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use LLMOCR only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any documents you upload.
Prohibited Content
You may not upload documents containing illegal content, copyrighted material without permission, malicious code, or content that violates third-party rights.
Data Security
While we implement security measures, you are responsible for ensuring that any sensitive information is appropriately handled before upload.
Uptime
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the service.
Third-Party Dependencies
Our service may depend on third-party AI services and infrastructure. Service interruptions may occur due to third-party service issues beyond our control.

You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the extracted content. We do not claim ownership of your content or use it for any purpose other than providing our service.
License to Use
By uploading content, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing OCR services.
Accuracy
While we strive for high accuracy, OCR results may contain errors. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in text extraction or image recognition.
Service Reliability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Data Loss
We are not responsible for any data loss or corruption that may occur during processing. Users should maintain backups of important documents.
In no event shall LLMOCR be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Your right to use the service will cease immediately upon termination.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our service operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
